Who is the best Silver Palace character right now?
Our S tier today is The Detective, "Cinderella", Cynthia II. The list is built from the Dichotomy beta (July–August 2026) and official kits, so treat it as a starting point: launch kits arrive on December 14, 2026 and we re-rank the same day.
Reasoning
Why each character is ranked here
| Character | Tier | Rarity | Role | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Detective | S | 5★ | Main DPS | Free for everyone, 5★, and the Gravitas kit is the centre of story combat — the safest investment on day one. |
| "Cinderella" | S | 5★ | Main DPS | The top Ignis damage dealer in beta footage; Outlaw kit with big burst. Most guides put her first among limited 5★s. |
| Cynthia II | S | 5★ | Support / control | Alba Witness whose crowd control made the beta's group fights easy; slots into almost any team. |
| Rex | A | 5★ | Main DPS | Strong Fulmen Hero with simple, reliable damage; a step behind Cinderella in burst. |
| Red Rose | A | 5★ | Support / sub-DPS | Ignis Saviour who buffs while dealing real damage; best next to Cinderella. |
| Gratia | A | 5★ | Guardian | Ranked on her trailer and kit description only — Guardian shield-and-lance knight. Provisional until launch footage. |
| Firtho | A | 4★ | Healer | The best 4★ sustain in the beta; keeps teams alive without a 5★ healer. |
| Alf | B | 4★ | Sub-DPS | Useful 4★ Ignis Hero early on; falls off once you have a 5★ damage dealer. |
| Lorin | B | 4★ | Guardian | Fulmen Guardian; solid defence but less healing than Firtho. |
| Bentham | B | 4★ | Sub-DPS | Glacies Outlaw with good off-field damage in the right team. |
| Argos | B | 4★ | Support | Glacies Witness; a decent debuffer for Glacies teams. |
| Gucia | B | 4★ | Support | Alba Saviour support; buffs are fine but narrow. |
| Grimm | C | 4★ | Support | Fulmen Witness that other supports outperformed in the beta. |
| Captain Kaboom | C | 4★ | Support | Fun Radiatio Saviour, but her buffs were the weakest in beta tests. |
